I began woodworking in grade school and soon found a passion. Fast forward and about 30 years later, with the help of a friend, my wife Pam and I opened an Etsy shop called Specialty Wood Designs. A few years ago, I decided to sell some of the pieces of wood that I use for my woodworking which has blossomed into this business, Specialty Wood Distributors. We sell unique and hard to find pieces of wood to hobbyists, artists and woodworkers all over the world. Our vision is to continue to evolve as our customer’s needs change. As we grow, we are also looking at having other reclaimed products available such as old bricks, metal sheeting and other construction products from the past.
